The Tradition

*Asetianism*, the sacred mystical tradition of the Asetians, is a
profound system of dark and predatory spirituality, based on
enlightenment, transformation and evolution of the soul. It is a
tradition old as time itself, built before the very foundations of
mankind, that relies in a backbone of deep magickal arts and the power
of energy manipulation.
The Asetian system is highly meditative and introspective, based on a
framework of magick created by Aset Herself. Although potentially
dangerous to be studied by the weak minds, unevolved stagnated beings or
people driven by ego, Asetianism promotes a deeper understanding of
reality and the mysteries in life. It is an esoteric tradition of
mysteries that balances mind, body and spirit, allowing for a healthy
interaction of the three in a symbiotic connection of oneness.

"On a more religious level, Asetianism enhances the adepts'
spirituality and mind with tools, symbols and magick that allow him to
evolve, being a true initiation of the soul. By understanding and
accepting his own nature, allied to effective and powerful metaphysical
practices, the Asetian finds his true Self and a much clearer reality
than the mundane world is willing to offer. In this process, not only
the magickal abilities increase exponentially, but it becomes a period
of self-discovery, with the long-gone past of the soul slowly unveiling
behind the veil of other lives, uncovered by the glimpse of the ethereal
matter that covers the Akashic records, where all life is stored."

The concept of duality is present in Asetianism as the polarity found in
everything. Energy is the central backbone from which everything is
worked on the tradition. They embrace nature, its universal laws and
darkest powers.
Asetians are not passive beings in a changing world. They impose
themselves above that world and their forces, conquering it with their
own divine spark. Asetianism is about finding the divine but also how to
fully comprehend the sacredness of the divinity within.

"This acceptance of darkness and light is a central point in the
Asetian tradition, understanding that only through the acknowledgement
of these two forces combined inside every one of us and the cooperation
and balance between them, can allow a true fulfillment of the individual
as a whole, being complete. Someone that only promotes light, peace,
harmony and good feelings, saying he never feels anger or hate and that
there are no bad feelings inside his heart, is not complete. He is
simply blocking part of himself and not admitting a whole other side of
his nature, not fully expressing his own reality and not completely
knowing himself, repressing many impulses, thoughts and feelings,
resulting in an ultimately intolerant, unbalanced and incomplete being.
This also applies to anyone that only promotes violence, anger and
darkness, without any embrace of the other side present in their own
nature."

Asetianism is not based on blind belief or faith. It is key for the
initiate to undergo an inner quest for Truth and Enlightenment, unlike
in most of the world's religions. The transformational power of Death,
manifested through the never-ending cycles of reincarnation, is not
something merely accepted by an Asetian, but a truth of which the
initiate has undeniable proof and understanding. Reincarnation is what
brought the Asetians here, through their spiritual immortality, allowing
for them to linger on and endure in the shadows of modern society, after
being together for countless ages long past, since the old days of their
Empire in Kemet.

"Asetianism promotes understanding on a raw level. In every
incarnation, the Asetian fights to achieve self-realization. This is a
slow and constant process of discovery, growth and adaptation. The
constant seek and conquering of his goals, in the life of an Asetian,
promotes a dynamic expansion of his consciousness, in a permanent cycle
of rebirth. The profound self-realization that the Asetian seeks
empowers him with joy and happiness. These feelings of happiness and
profound inner peace are not only promoted through the evolution of the
Self and in the realization found from it, but also is a deep feeling
that awaits behind the void to those that, like the Children of Aset,
have felt the sacredness of the divine spark. Asetians have tasted the
nectar of immortality. They are beings of energy, empowered with the
essence of the Violet Flame. They celebrate life, and live it deeply.
Asetianism is about loving Aset, unconditionally embracing life and
honoring the divine within."
